Standard Features

Fetterville Sales has many standard features we build into our post construction buildings. As you consider the design and size of your structure, by using Standard Lengths and Widths, you can help keep your building cost effective. See chart and diagrams below.

Our pole buildings can be built in almost any size. You determine the size that fits your needs. However, working with "typical" increments is economically beneficial to you. The most common widths and lengths can be found in the chart below. Ceiling heights typically come in 8', 10', 12', 14', and 16' heights.

After you've determined your building size, your site should be graded to prepare the site. The site should be graded a minimum of 3' larger all the way around the building. Ex: a 30' x 40' building should have a leveled area 36' x 46'. It is highly recommended that you have your site graded well before the building is built.

Optional Roof Truss Styles
Standard Roof Trussess are 4/12 pitch, but we have Several to options to choose from including Attic, Gambrell Attic, Scissor and Carriage Style. For additional samples of roof styles, see our Project Photo Gallery.

Flush and Overhang on Eaves and Gables
You can vary the look of your building by adding Overhangs to your Eaves and Gables. They can be 12" - 24". For additional samples of Overhang details, see our Project Photo Gallery.
