Here’s another very, very cool project!  This simple sized 24′ x 32′ soars to new heights by reaching to the sky with a 20′ high ceiling!  Why so high?  To accommodate a 2nd floor of course.  A 3′ wide stairway winds up to the full second floor area built to hold pretty much whatever you would want to put up there.  2×12 Southern Yellow pine floor joists placed 16″ on center topped off with 3/4″ tongue and groove sub-floor is a solid floor.  There’s a matching pair of 4′ wide by 7′ high Pine Dutch doors with cross bucks built onto them.  They stand tall over a 12′ wide by 11′ split sliding track door.  Very cool design and sits nicely in conjunction with the chalet style home overlooking the Tioga valley.
