This 30′ x 32′ footprint was greatly enhanced with more usable space by adding an Attic style truss along with a 24′ wide Shed Roof Dormer. The attic room is 14′ wide and right around 7′ high. The pitch is 8/12. The double wide overhead door is 16′ wide and is paired up with a 9′ wide overhead door. We included a stairway with a landing tucked into the back right corner. This is typically the best place to locate a stairway.
