If you’re looking for a building that has it all, you may have just found it here! Let’s start at the top and work our way down. As if the over 1200 square feet of enclosed space down below wasn’t enough, a 10/12 pitch attic truss provides another 700+ sq/ft of space ‘topside’. We always put down a 3/4″ tongue and groove sub-floor to provide a strong and sturdy surface in the room. The roof is extended out to create a covered porch area and a White metal ceiling was installed to close off the bottom.
The 12′ wide lean to comes off the main eave at a 2/12 pitch. This lean to is a little different from our standard. If you look at other lean to’s on our website you’ll see what we mean. But height was important for this customer so instead of closing the lean to gable down to the square, we left it open below the rafter. Looks like the blue tractor fits comfortably under there, but if they ever want to park something higher, they’ll have the space. There’s nothing common about this building. If you can describe it or sketch it, we can probably build it! We love the unique design in this one and we look forward to building one for you as well 😉
