Here’s yet another gorgeous residential garage recently constructed on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. This 30′ deep garage is complete with a concrete floor and exterior aprons. Notice the color matched overhead doors with the 45 degree angled corners. These are what we call “Dutch Corners” and they give the garage a real residential feel. The #509 Colonial Glass inserts have grids that match up nicely with the grid patterns in the entry door and windows. Take note of that smaller 9′ wide and 7′ high door off the right side gable end. That’s a nice way to access the back side of the building particularly for lawn maintenance equipment.
Notice the interior shots as well. There’s a 1/4″ Solex insulated roof which eliminates any chance of condensation. Its white facing gives the building a bright interior. Notice also increased header size over the garage doors to accommodate the wider post spacing. Roof bracing is utilized in all of our buildings to ensure the building’s longevity and design.
